If YOU WANT EXTRA PRACTICE Do these exercises each day 7 Jumping Jacks 7 Pushups 7 Situps 7 Squats (hands in front of you squat and then rise to standing position)
Then 6 of each one and then 5, 4, 3 and then so on all the way to 1 repetition of each one. If my math is right that should be 28 of each exercise for example Pushups 7+6+5+4+3+2+1= 28 Also,I would make sure that you are running every day. The shuttle run that was done on Saturday would be a good example of the running that should be done. Make sure that you get this done. Thursday will be a great day to check your fitness. We start On February 18. On that day we will start the day with a conditioning test. This is a new season and I cannot wait to get started. I hope that you are ready for a great year.
